Bandage Eye Wrap

The elastic yoga bandage is wrapped around the head and held in place with the help of the clasps, so that your eyes and eyebrows are covered. The blindfold is often used for Iyengar Yoga. But also for relaxing yoga styles like Restorative Yoga or Yin Yoga and can help improve concentration for Pranayama or meditation. The gentle pressure of the eye bandage can help relieve headaches and feelings of tension in the head.
