Lee Parore is a senior faculty member at the Colgan Institute, known internationally for their research on sports nutrition, anti-aging and human performance. He lectures regularly at their “Sports Training Camps” and “Anti-Aging Intensives” held in San Diego, California, Queenstown, New Zealand and Saltspring Island, British Columbia. Lee is a Certified “Corrective High Performance Exercise Kinesiologist”, from the C.H.E.K. Institute in California, U.S.A. He is also a Qualified Naturopath, (New Zealand) and has studied many forms of bodywork, including N.M.T. (neuro-muscular therapy) and Shiatsu. Lee has been a consultant to “Les Mills Body Training Systems”, for their internationally successful program,”BODYBALANCE” and has worked with some of New Zealand’s star Rugby All-Black’s, such as Zinzan Brooke, Sean Fitzpatrick, and Jonah Lomu. He has also worked with Heavyweight Boxer, David Tua and numerous “Around the World”, and “America’s Cup” Yachting crews.This is Lee’s third book, the others being “Zinzan Brooke’s Competitive Edge” and “Lee Parore’s Corporate Edge”.
