Each asana can be like a blackboard, which can be used for teaching any and all subjects academically. Each asana can teach everything aom the plane of physical culture up to the philosophy of conduct of one’s life

In asanas, the embodiment becomes an incredible laboratory, observatory and academy just like a teacher needs to take recourse to several schemes, precepts and concepts. I introduced these aspects in my earlier discourses, and then students requested notes of key points from my classes. Thus, I have embarked upon this project.
