Our Yoga Bolster is a classic yoga bolster that is often used for support in heart-opening and chest-opening asanas. Thanks to its rounded shape, the bolster optimally adapts to the body and serves as a gentle support in backbends and pranayama exercises. Yoga bolsters are also popular as an aid in Restorative Yoga and Prenatal Yoga.
The Yoga Bolster has a removable cover made of a high quality and durable cotton blend with OekoTex certificate (No. 2106112 Centexbel). The removable cotton ticking is filled with organic cotton. With the help of the zipper, filling can be removed if necessary to adjust the height and firmness of the bolster to your individual needs.
